TRY AND BUY WITHIN 15-MINUTES
At The Trial Store, we value your satisfaction. When our delivery team arrives, you have a 15-minute window to try the product in front of our delivery personnel. You can accept or return the product during this time, and no charges will apply.
RETURN WITHIN 5 DAYS
For orders outside Delhi, you can return damaged or different products within 5 days from the date of delivery. Please note that eligible products must be in the same condition as they were delivered, and damaged or deteriorated items may not be eligible for return. Additionally, a return shipment charge of Rs-199 is applicable in all return cases.
For orders with a try-before-buy facility, product returns are only accepted at the time of trial.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
In the rare event that you receive a defective product during the return process, The Trial Store reserves the right to assess and address the issue accordingly.

CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS
To receive a refund or replacement, please ensure that the returned product is in the same condition as it was delivered. Products returned in poor condition or visibly worn may not be eligible for a refund.
REFUND PROCESS
Refunds are applicable only for prepaid orders or online payments made on our website.
Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed, and the refund amount to be reflected in your bank account.
